This License Agreement applies to the product 'vbMAPI - Outlook/MAPI Code Library'. By downloading and installing this software you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The demonstration edition of the software is licensed for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY.
It cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Furthermore, it cannot be redistributed without permission.
This edition is restricted by means of a nag screen that is displayed on each use.
To remove the nag screen, a full developers licence must be purchased.
Licensing is offered on either a per-developer basis (with a maximum 2 separate installs of the developer Addin for each registered developer, not to be used at the same time), or per-site basis (company).
After purchasing a registered licence for this software, you are entitled you to distribute the vbMAPI class modules within your applications royalty free. Please note however, that your end-users do not gain any rights to develop their own applications using the class modules in any shape or form. The developer AddIn DLL should not be distributed to your end-users under any circumstances.
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and iTech Masters regarding the use of the software accompanying this agreement.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the software.
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software together with all copies thereof.
This software and its source code are proprietary products of iTech Masters and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the software other than those specified in this License.

Premium Support Subscription
Premium support subscriptions are billed annually. The premium support subscription must be purchased at the point of sale, with annual renewals being paid for within 7 days of the renewal date in order to avoid cancellation. Annual renewal prices are based on the price of the premium support subscription component at the point of sale, and may increase by up to 8% per year. This subscription cannot be purchased retrospectively, and once cancelled cannot be restarted.

Whilst you're on a premium support subscription, you are entitled to all product updates for the product - including major revisions (such as a v1.x to v2.x update)
E-mail priority support
Support from a product developer by e-mail. Typical response time is 1 business day (often same day). If the query requires telephone assistance, then a product developer may give you a call to help expedite the issue.
